Join this attachment-focused session on sleep to discover what is normal, what changes to expect and what to do if you are ready for simple change. We can lead our children into anxiety-free sleep, while still meeting our own needs for rest.
This workshop will explore what is considered biologically normal sleep for your baby and help you understand more about sleep expectations at different stages of your baby’s development.
